Eustace Mullins, né le 9 mars 1923 à Roanoke (Virginie) et mort le 2 février 2010 à Hockley (Texas) était un essayiste et propagandiste américain, disciple du poète Ezra Pound, et notoire négationniste de la Shoah^[1]. Dans son ouvrage le plus connu, Les Secrets de la Réserve fédérale, il affirme qu’un groupe de banquiers de haut vol aurait conspiré et rédigé, pour servir perfidement ses propres intérêts, les statuts de la Réserve fédérale, puis aurait réussi à faire adopter ce document comme loi par le Congrès américain. Le journaliste David Randall aqualifie Mullins de « l’un des théoriciens du complot les plus suivis au monde »^[2].
